Extra Impact Resistance and Rigidity
To provide extra impact resistance and rigidity, Starboard uses 100% PEFC certified and sustainably sourced Australian Pine to wrap the full deck. Natural European uni-directional flax fiber is used to wrap the rails for maximum hull strength and scratch resistance. Starboard also provides extra reinforcements around all inserts. The EPS Core is shear resistant, fused, and molded individually to fit each and every Starboard board, providing high strength at the lightest weight. Our molded core technology produces zero EPS wastage.
