Intro To Wing Lesson
Our Intro to Wing lesson is your introduction to winging! This lesson teaches you how to control the wing and your direction by riding a larger Wind SUP with a centerboard instead of a foil. The Wind SUP is more predictable than a Wing Foil Board with a Foil. This lets you focus on wing control and steering without worrying about flying into the air on a foil!
Ground Control
The first step to our Intro to Wing is breaking down how to control the wing on land. We need to understand wind concepts, body and hand positions to control the wing efficiently. This is fundamental to winging!
Water Flying
On the water we use a Wind SUP with a centerboard (instead of foil) to sail on. This is where your board position, wing flying and stance all comes to together to be winging back and forth!
What's Next?
If you are able to stay upwind consistently on the wind SUP you may be ready for the next lesson (see below) which goes to a smaller board with a foil attached. If you still need more time on the wind SUP you can get another lesson or rental.
Private Winging Lessons
Our Private Wing Lessons are designed to get you on foil winging. We use a jet ski for support and a larger foilboard with a large foil to make getting on foil easier. We use walkies for constant communication, regardless of proximity or outside noise you still can hear our directions. We recommend this lesson if you have previous wing flying experience on a wind SUP or Foilboard. In some circumstances students who have the combined skills of experience windsurfing and foiling will skip the Intro to Wing Lesson and go straight to the Private Winging Lesson.

We want to work with you so you can continue with more lessons as needed or practice solo with your own equipment and come back to us when you are ready for the next step!
