HISS is happy to use UPS as our primary shipping carrier. Over the years we have found them to be the most reliable shipping service. We use USPS occasionally to ship smaller/lighter items, typically items under a 3lbs or items that are shipped Alaska, HI, and Puerto Rico.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 24 hours, Monday - Friday. We are a small business, located on an small island so we say 48 hours to be certain as life happens. If you have a tight deadline for your order to be delivered please email or call us so we can do our best to make it happen. UPS final drop off time is 3pm in our town.
When will it be delivered?
After your order is received by the shipping carrier delivery time will vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. All orders placed on the weekends are shipped out on the following Monday.

UPS Ground is our typical free shipping method. Please view the map below to see the estimated travel time based on your location, average being 1- 6 business days. You can track your package by inserting your tracking number on ups.com or usps.com
Standard ground shipping is provided by UPS on domestic purchases and delivery times average from 1-6 business days depending on your location. Please see the chart below for an estimate on shipping time to your location. A tracking number is generated with each processed order so you can track the movement of your purchase online by visiting ups.com and entering your tracking number.
